Call 877-322-2861 or email sarah.lobb@brightonschool.com. Tell us your child's age and the days you need. The Admissions Coordinator can answer any questions and help you through the enrollment process. From there, you can set up a time to see the school.

Tour the room
See the classroom your child would join and meet the teachers who run it. You can ask the Admissions Coordinator any questions along the way. Bring your child with you so the room and the faces are familiar before the first day.

Enroll and settle in
Complete enrollment and plan a first week that suits your child's routine. The Admissions Coordinator can help with the paperwork and with any questions that come up. A calm start makes the first weeks easier. After that, your child joins the classroom community.
What to have ready
Most families fill out enrollment forms first. You will also need a health form and an up-to-date immunization record. Have your emergency contacts and the names of people allowed to pick up your child ready. The Admissions Coordinator can answer any questions about the process.
Pack a full change of clothes in case of spills or weather. Add outdoor gear for the season, and a comfort object if your child uses one. Label everything with your child's name, including bags, jackets and water bottles. A familiar item helps on the first days.
Before the first day, decide who will drop off and who will pick up. Tell the school the names of everyone allowed to collect your child. Let the teacher know how you prefer to hear about the day. Clear routines help your child know what comes next.
The first weeks
The first days often start shorter and build from there. A comfort object from home can help your child settle. A teacher greets your child by name at the door. That small welcome tells your child this is a place where they belong.
At pickup, teachers share what your child did that day. Parents hear what went well and what was hard. Most children settle within a few weeks, some sooner. Ask any questions you have along the way.

What should my child bring on the first day?

What if there is no place right now?
Families can ask to be told when a place opens for their child's age group. We will reach out as soon as one does.
