Plan a visit
Weekly lessons weave several subjects together and are tailored to each child's interests and stage. A child who likes blocks may build a tower while naming colors and counting. The program has six stages of learning and growth.
Children hear stories, letters, and language every day as they connect spoken words to written ones. They explore addition, subtraction, geometry, patterns, and comparison through hands-on work. Puppets, books, and role play help them name feelings, practice kindness, and work with others. Music, art, dramatic play, science experiments, and Spanish run through the day.
Intermediates spend their day in hands-on activities that feed curiosity and imagination. They practice taking turns, sharing, and understanding their own emotions and their peers'. Three-year-olds begin building appreciation for people who are similar to and different from themselves, laying a foundation for an inclusive outlook.
Pre-K builds the social skills and etiquette children need for kindergarten. Children learn to follow classroom rules, listen to their teacher and peers, show respect, and follow directions. Academically, they work on letter-sound relationships and sight words, practice addition and subtraction, explore maps and globes, and run science experiments.
